Numerical Software Development
In my academic and professional life, I have contributed to a series of C++ finite element libraries:
- Concepts: master and term project at ETH Zürich
- LifeV: PhD studies at EPFL, Lausanne
- Feel++: PhD studies at EPFL, Lausanne
- HyDi: Library of Hybrid Discontinuous finite elements, ETH-ABB co-development, main author with Raffael Casagrande
At Philip Morris International, I also co-authored a large custom code based on OpenFOAM® for the simulation of heat and mass transfer, and flow with aerosol formation in heated tobacco products.
gkrellm-cpufreq
I have written
gkrellm2-cpufreq, a plugin for
gkrellm for linux laptops with cpufreq in the kernel (from 2.6, or 2.4 with patch), which displays the CPU frequency and allows to modify it. Note that gkrellm-cpufreq is not maintained any longer.
